Holy family catholic school
"Holy Family, it's not just our name. It's who we are!"
- Holy Family Catholic School Mission
Holy Family is a Pre Kindergarten thru Eighth grade building. We have approximately 150 students enrolled for the 2020-2021 school year. Our school has small class sizes, a balanced curriculum, and strives for academic excellence by educating the whole child. Our highest priority is living and modeling our faith. It is a part of all that we do at Holy Family School. As you navigate through our website you will learn about our school, history, and programs that we offer our students.
Scripture tells us in 1 Peter 4:10 “As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” We believe that everyone who enters through our doors becomes a part of our family. Each member of our family has gifts within them, and this world needs their gifts. Holy Family has a dedicated and caring faculty and staff who believe that it is their call to help all our students find their gifts, nurture those gifts, and help them grow as children of God.
Holy Family Catholic School strives to help all students reach their highest potential and find success. Our goal is to help students develop a global perspective of the world so they will become productive Christian citizens.
Catholic education has a rich history in our Hannibal Community. Holy Family Catholic School had deep roots in tradition and had built a strong legacy of education and faith formation because of our current students, parents, faculty, staff, and alumni.
We believe that parents are the first teachers of their children and we look forward to working with students and their families to develop relationships and make Holy Family School a community.
Thank you for your interest in Holy Family Catholic School.

Catholic Schools Across Our Diocese Thrive
The school communities of the Diocese of Jefferson City are today’s servants of God. They accept the continuing mission of proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ to the world and making disciples of all nations. The diocesan schools provide quality Catholic education in a Christ-like environment; guiding, enlightening, educating, and nurturing the children in their care.
In our diocese, an educational program is provided where students learn intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and aesthetic like skills and attitudes. Continual development of the students ultimate earthly and spiritual potential is the primary design.
